Since each dress is carefully made to order, the materials cannot be reused once production begins. For this reason, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancellations.
If your order is still in the processing stage, it may be possible to cancel it. However, once it moves into the shipping stage, cancellations are no longer an option. If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us via Live Chat. Our operator will be happy to help you cancel or change your order in time. Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 90% of product purchase price.

Orders cancelled within 12-24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.

24-48H

Orders cancelled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.

Over 48H

Orders cancelled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
